If anyone has gone to a video night at a church, and even though the movie was made in the ’70s, you would have seen the series “A Thief in the Night”. But there is one part of “A Distant Thunder” that I would like to point out is where Paddy confronted the preacher about not preaching the gospel. I have the video below. She says that it was his fault, but actually it was not, fully his fault. It was Paddy’s, and the same is for this. Now I am not saying that you should go and watch it as it is false teaching, but what it does do is make me see how important it is for me to get the word out that we have been lied to. Unlike the preacher in the movie, we have been lied to by preachers in the majority of churches today. Most would not even consider checking what I am saying, read my book, or even study it for themselves. Most would think that even the teachings are above reproach. But the Bible talks about this in the New Testament, here is one of the places.
Mat 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 18:4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 18:5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.
Mat 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
We need to become like little children, which means, be open to new ideas, learn, and have a questioning persona. Do not just accept what we are taught, but question it. This is why I am open to suggestion, I am open to questions, and every time someone tells me I am wrong, I ask in a humble tone, show me in the Bible. I will admit I am confident of my position, as I studied it and it is based on FACTS. Are you 100% sure there is a seven-year period?
